Balby Care and Home services Limited is based in Balby, serving the Doncaster and surrounding Areas.

Denise Annable The Owner/ Director has 30yrs experience in the private and public care sector in various care setting, learning disability, elderly, children services . The last fourteen years Denise as been a registered Home Manager in residential Care Homes for adults aged 18 to 65 for private care providers.

At Balby Care and Home services, we pride ourselves on promoting wellbeing, so individuals can stay in the comfort of their own home and live a fulfilled life, whilst maintaining your independence choice and privacy.

What We Do

Wide Range of Packages

We can offer support to older people, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

 

Domestic Services

We can help with day to day jobs around the home such as vacuuming, washing up, washing and ironing, etc. Take a look below to see all of our services.

Our Care Workers

Care workers are carefully chosen for their abilities and commitment to dignity and respect, with the provider having built up a strong community reputation for quality provision.

Community Access

Community access; are support staff can attend appointments, social events, to promote and encourage wellbeing.

Personal Care

Personal care an experienced carer can assist you with personal care such as Bathing/ showering dressing, assistance with medication and meal preparation.

Overnight sitting / sleeping in service to help those who need 24 hour care or just someone present overnight .

Making sure the service we provide is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led.

A carer can also support appointments to the GP or Hospital,dentist .

Balby care and Home Services do offer respite for carers , sitting service , dog walking.
We can support social events, short breaks away.

Our Staff

Staff will be inducted into the company, which will include, induction standards soon to be the care certificate, mandatory training, and any specialist training needed. Also Shadow shifts.

Staff will have at least a Diploma Qualifications in health and social care at a level 2. For those new to Care will be registered during the first 6 months of employment.

All staff will have a Personal development plan. Regular supervisions, appraisals.
